Compliance and enforcement actions search
The compliance and enforcement actions search includes:
Banning orders
When the NDIS Commission stops or restricts a provider from providing specific supports or to a person with disability, either permanently, temporarily or conditionally.
Compliance notices
A written direction given to a provider or worker requiring them to comply with the rules by taking or not taking specific actions, and when appropriate providing evidence that the notice requirements have been met.
Enforceable undertakings
A written commitment by a provider or worker stating they will take or not take specific actions to make sure they are complying with the rules.

Check for infringement notices given to providers or workers
You can check this list to see if a provider or worker you employ or work with has received any infringement notices.
Infringement notices are financial penalties that are given to a provider or worker. When the NDIS Commission has a reasonable belief there has been a breach of the NDIS Act that relates to civil penalties, the provider or worker has the opportunity to pay the penalty amount rather than face court proceedings.
