Job profile - Reportable Incidents Officer

Hi, I'm Anthea. My role here in the South Australian office is a Reportable Incidents Officer.

As a part of our oversight we assess whether appropriate action has been taken. This means I contact the provider to confirm the immediate safety of the person and then work with the provider to make sure they are acting to prevent future incidents from occurring.

I like working for the Commission as I believe my job safeguarding people is making a difference in someone's life. I also enjoy the flexibility of being able to work across different teams and learn new skills.
