The primary contact in your organisation is automatically given the ‘Authorised access delegate’ role, which allows them to request, change and approve new worker screening database access accounts for employees. To request database access for an employee:
If your organisation wants an additional person be an Authorised access delegate, that employee or the current Authorised access delegate can include this role in their access request.

Provider details (Only ACN and trading name can be updated)

Since 1 January 2020, as a registered NDIS provider, it is a condition of your registration to notify the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commissioner of certain changes and events, especially those that substantially affect your ability to provide the supports and services you are registered to provide.
Providers can withdraw a new application in the Application Portal or a renewal application in the NDIS Commission Portal. Applications can be withdrawn while in the status of: ‘Draft’ or ‘Submitted’. Applications in the ‘In progress’ status can also be withdrawn provided the Auditor status is not in ‘Submitted to Commission’.

Important changes to COS from June 2022 onwards. COS will send Providers an auto notice if they haven’t commenced their Mid-term audit at the 18 month mark. This QRG will assist auditor to complete the Periodic audit tab correctly to ensure Providers are not sent a notification if they have commenced their Mid-term.
