Understanding the complaints process

The NDIS Commission takes complaints about whether an NDIS funded service has been provided in a safe way and to an appropriate standard. Anyone can make a complaint about a provider.

  1. Unhappy with a provider?
  2. Talk to your provider if you feel safe doing so
  3. Make a complaint with us
  4. We may talk to the provider to find a solution or investigate further
  5. We take action
  6. We let you know the outcome
