On 27 July 2021, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Logan Skye Owen, from being involved in the provision of NDIS supports and services, directly or indirectly, to people with disability for a period of 2 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 27 July 2021.
