On 6 February 2025 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Jhonna Williams from engaging in the following activities:
1. Provide or be involved or assist in the provision, to any NDIS Participant, of any support or supports under a Participant’s Plan; and
2. Provide or be involved or assist in the provision, to any NDIS Participant, of any service or services under a Participant’s Plan;
The Order is for a period of one (1) year, effective from 5pm AEST on 8 February 2025.
