Compliance and enforcement actions

A banning order originally issued on 10 February 2023 was varied on 28 May 2024. A permanent banning order was issued under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, prohibiting Sharon Butler from permanently providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS-funded participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
