On Tuesday 9 July 2024 , A banning order was made under section 73ZN(1)(b)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act) prohibiting Sanjay Ratanpal from being involved in the provision of supports and services to NDIS participants for a period of five (5) years, effective from 5:00 pm (SA Time) on Tuesday 23 July 2024.
