Christmas period contact arrangements
The NDIS Commission will be closed on public holidays (i.e. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day).
Registered NDIS providers can continue to notify the NDIS Commission of reportable incidents on public holidays using the NDIS Commission Portal.
Otherwise, you can contact us by calling 1800 035 544 (free call), Monday to Friday, during the following hours:
- 9:00am to 4:30pm (NT)
- 9:00am to 5:00pm local time (ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA).
