On 19 July 2024 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(1)(b)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Yahya Shuriye 14/04/1996 from being involved in the provision of supports or services to NDIS participants effective from 5:00 pm on 19 July 2024.
