Compliance and enforcement actions

On 12 July 2024 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(b)(iii) of the NDIS Act of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Benjamin Kulman from engaging directly or indirectly in the provision of supports or services to NDIS funded participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme for a period of two (2) years, effective from 12 July 2024.
